Anabas FM is a nationwide facilities management company. We helped to manage their social media channels and also create a posting schedule for their social and website content.
We started with the accounts Anabas FM currently had and did an analysis of how they were used and where we could improve them. This analysis was then turned into an action plan detailing new accounts for some areas and a full targeted content structure. For the social media a template was created that aligned with the company’s core philosophies, this led to the creation of a set of ten core hashtags for use in their social media channels that could be used to identify and categorise the content into the core areas.
This detailed planning resulted in an average growth of 25% in the social media channels with some reaching 35% growth in a the 5 month period.
